Personally Referred Members (PRMs)

By now, you've no doubt noticed our use of the term PRM–or Personally Referred Member–throughout several previous LaunchPad Lessons. In this lesson, we'll take a moment and examine more fully what this term means. A PRM is simply someone you have referred—via one of your Member Referral Gateway sites, an Astro Auction banner ad, or a TripleClicks purchase, for example—AND who has signed up for free as a Zing Network Member. Once they join, they can access Eager Zebra, Astro Auctions, Rewardicals.com, TripleClicks, and more using a single login and password.

What are your responsibilities as a referrer? Well, once you've referred someone who has signed up as a member of our network, your job is essentially done! We immediately begin marketing to them—on your behalf—through regular newsletters and other promotions...including exposure to the SFI Affiliate program.

We also take care of all order processing, product shipments, and customer service for your PRMs, at no cost to you! And, of course, we'll pay you commissions...for life!...on every order placed by your PRMs.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE: PRMs are NOT SFI Affiliates. Your Personally Referred Members can join the SFI Affiliate Program if they wish...but when they do, they become your Personally Sponsored Affiliate (PSA) and are no longer considered one of your PRMs.

Using gift certificates to boost your PRM sales

One great way to generate sales is to issue gift certificates to your PRMs as an incentive to try out the TripleClicks site. To issue a gift certificate to a PRM:

1. Go to your Members Report.

2. Click the Issue a gift certificate link to purchase a gift certificate for a specific member.

3. Choose the amount and the expiration date (up to 90 days) for each gift certificate you issue.

4. When a gift certificate is redeemed by one of your recipients, you'll automatically earn a Direct Commission on the order!

HOWEVER, if a gift certificate is NOT redeemed, the funds will be automatically returned to your TripleClicks account upon expiration. Those funds will then be available for you to reissue as new gift certificates. In other words, it costs you nothing to issue a gift certificate unless the gift certificate is used by the recipient.

ONE MORE THING: You can also issue gift certificates to prospective PRMs who have not yet signed up (see image below). Just fill in the form on this page and click SUBMIT (no SPAMMING please). When a recipient redeems your gift certificate, you'll automatically gain another PRM and earn commissions on their purchase!
